Learning and Development Executive

- Collaborate with department headsand Dir L&D to identify training needs based onorganizational goals and employee performanceevaluations.
- Conduct surveys interviews andassessments to gather data on skills gaps and learningpreferences.
- Create engaging and interactivelearning content using a variety of media and instructionaltechniques.
- Facilitate training sessionsworkshops and seminars.
- Monitor and evaluatetraining effectiveness through participant feedback assessments andperformance metrics.
- Stay updated on elearningtrends and tools to enhance training delivery andaccessibility.
- Work collaboratively withinternal stakeholders subject matter experts and external trainingproviders to deliver comprehensive learningsolutions.
- Communicate regularly withmanagement to provide updates on training activities outcomes andrecommendations for improvement.
- Maintaindatabase and records of history attendance and trainingreports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Hospitality Human Resources Education OrganizationalDevelopment or a related field.
- Provenexperience in learning and development training coordination orrelated roles.
- Strong understanding ofinstructional design principles and adult learningtheories.
- Proficiency in learning managementsystems (LMS) and elearning authoringtools.
- Excellent communication presentation andfacilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze dataidentify trends and make datadrivendecisions.
- Strong project management skillswith the ability to manage multiple initiativessimultaneously.
