Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager / Proposal Writer to lead and coordinate the proposal development process for our public sector clients across the United States and Canada. This role will involve managing RFP/RFI responses, working collaboratively with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal management, or sales operations within a B2B setting, ideally focused on public sector bids.
  • Expertise in RFP/RFI Management: Demonstrated ability to manage the proposal process for public sector clients, including strong familiarity with public procurement processes.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with quality and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and proposal management software is essential.
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities to streamline and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public Sector Bid Experience: Prior experience working with government or public sector clients in the US and Canada is highly preferred.
  • Technical Sales Background: Familiarity with technical sales concepts, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and accurate content creation.
