Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze client needs, project requirements, and industry trends to create competitive proposals.
  • Develop, write, and revise proposals in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other tender documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, technical, and project teams) to gather information, create technical content, and develop customized solutions.
  • Manage and submit bids on online platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and follow up to ensure project acquisition.
  • Prepare budgets, timelines, and deliverable outlines within the proposals to align with client expectations and company resources.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates and case studies to expedite proposal development.
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to evaluate proposal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor bidding strategies, and proposal standards to improve the success rate.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal bidding, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client requirements and develop customized responses.
  • Experience with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) and proposal management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bids simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused approach.
