Key Responsibilities:
- Manage proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Work with the pursuit team to develop winning proposal strategies and content.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and graphics specialists to create compelling graphical content.
- Lead teams through strategic reviews and ensure the proposal is accurately tracked in the CRM system.
- Develop high-quality, customized proposals that meet client objectives.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in proposal development, bid management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals.
- Able to evaluate, monitor, and present ideas and data effectively.
