Business Development Manager - IT Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with a passion for driving business growth in the IT services sector.

The successful candidate will have 13 to 21 years of experience and will be responsible for client acquisition and relationship management, sales strategy and execution, market analysis, collaboration, custom solutions, contract negotiation, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the Gurgaon region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored IT services and staff augmentation solutions.
  • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market demands and contribute insights to refine service offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral and participate in promotional events.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Create and present proposals, addressing client-specific needs.
  • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and achievements.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes for enhanced efficiency.
