Tip JOB BRIEF:As anHR intern you will play an essential role in supporting our taskscoordinating team sdaytoday hiring includingadministrative interviews maintaining employee recordsandpreparingreports.We believe that theseresponsibilities will help you to develop your organizationalandcommunication skills while providing youwith a comprehensive understanding ofHRrecruitment.We wantto ensure that you have a fulfilling and rewarding experience.During your timewith us our team will workwith you with opportunities to enhance your skillsandknowledge. Responsibilities1.Sourcing for candidates2. Researching andproviding strategic methods for the improvement oftheworking module3.Job and feed posting on general career websites and other relevantportals4. Develop relationships withuniversities and colleges for the arrangement ofinternprograms5.Working proactively with other teammembers6. Carrying the flow process ofrecruitment7. Assist with other H R relatedtasks as needed8. Provide at least 2 hourseach day (6 days a week) for the tasksgiven.
Qualifications1.You must be a student or fresher or have experience less than oneyear in anyundergraduateprogram.2. You must have basic Englishconversational proficiency3. You shall havethe willingness to work and be adaptive to learn an implementskillsand thoughts4.You must follow the organizational pattern and be attentiveoverall.
