Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meetand exceed business targets in the Banking sector.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities ensuring a steadypipeline of potential clients.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients providing excellent customerservice and addressing their financial needs.
Leadmentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieveindividual and team targets.
Stay updated on industrytrends market conditions and competitor activities to informbusiness strategy.
Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless customer onboarding andsatisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reportsand performance analysis to the management.


Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or lifeinsurance.
Graduation from a recognizeduniversity.
Proven track record of meeting or exceedingsales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and teammanagement abilities.
Knowledge of the banking andfinancial services industry in Karnataka.
Ability toadapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.


Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to3.75 LPA
