Job Description:

We are seeking experienced & highly organized Project Management Office (PMO) personnel. The PMO personnel will be responsible for establishing & maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies across the firm. They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationships with Operations, Technology, and with other associated delivery partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Tracking the KPI performance for the portfolio of projects. Risk and issue monitoring via RAID log. Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting. Manage the collection, collation, and processing of project information from stakeholders. Partner with workstream / delivery leads and assist with preparation for meetings and presentations. Assist with the implementation of project standards across projects. Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources. Coordination of the project and programme level governance meetings. Reporting in Clarity, Jira, and Confluence. Minute taking and presenting at weekly and monthly forums.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required & educational studies in Project/Programme Management field is desired. Mandatory prior work experience with BFSI firms. Prior experience as PMO in regulatory programmes. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management office role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Experience in developing and implementing project management processes and best practices. Proficiency in project management software, tools e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Clarity, Confluence. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
