The Team

Work you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior mgmt. and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Engage with internal & external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges. Monitor and report on project risks and progress to senior management. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance global market operations processes. Implement best practices and industry standards for project management and operations. Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure that projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address any regulatory concerns. Maintain comprehensive documentation for regulatory audits and reviews. Prepare and present project status reports, including key metrics and performance indicators. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews. Ensure accurate and timely communication of project outcomes to all stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure high performance and engagement. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within global market operations or financial services. Prior experience in GM Ops areas like Settlements, Confirmations, Clearing, etc. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of global market operations and regulatory requirements. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
