The Team

Discover the various Financial Risk services, we offer to help organizations across the full life cycle of financial transaction. From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.


Work you’ll do

Key Requirements:

A degree in banking / financial / management / business administration / accounting exposure. Working knowledge of Global Markets/Security Services processes & end to end Trade Lifecycle is a must. Risk professional with at least 6 years’ experience in Banking Operations/Back Office Operations, Global Markets business (FX, Fixed Income and Equities), Operational Risk, Compliance or External/Internal Audit in a banking environment: Key Asset Classes: GFX, Equities, Fixed Income (Debt), Securities Lending. Subject matter expert in Operational risk and control. Critical Risk Thinkers. Be able to understand front to back process flow for Markets and apply NFR knowledge to problem solve risk and control issues. Understanding of the key control points and risk inherent in the trade lifecycle. Leadership skills with ability to build rapport and relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

Analytical mind with Excellent judgment and decision-making skills to identify exceptions in process handling. Ability to drive out details and question procedures employed to deliver quality services. Organized, adaptable and self-driven to achieve collective information both formally and informally from Subject Matter Experts. Should be able to identify emerging areas of risks and design solutions to mitigate risk. Data Skills (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Data Visualization e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense, Alteryx, etc.) are added advantage to use the new ways of working. Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards. Ability to present information and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
