Work you’ll doAs Deputy Manager in our Basel implementation squad, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.Required skill set:The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform all activities related to market data administration. This requires in-depth knowledge of managing market data, specifically in-depth knowledge of inventory management (user, applications), licensing (contract terms), and how market data is used within trading businesses and how agreements / contracts relate to that.The candidate must be able to manage a wide array of competing priorities, and take accountability for task completion. The candidate should have good communication skills, be conscientious, detail oriented, and structured and professional in approach.Key success factors include responsiveness to the needs of our businesses, accuracy and timeliness of administrative updates, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to learn and drive improvements.Knowledge of the Optimized Spend(formerly known as Financial Information Tracking System (FITS)) – STRONGLY PREFFERED1. Market Data AdministrationInvolves creating and maintaining vendor and subscription records in Market Data system of record with vendor information, subscription and service information, recharging information, and key contract termsSupporting contract negotiation at initiation and renewal, with information on vendor and existing servicesAccurate and timely record keeping in the system or record\2.User Inventory Management (MAC-move, add, change)This involves coordinating updates with vendors and tracking through Contract Management System.This includes permissioning of services with vendors, allocation of service costs, cost center changes, and user setup/changes.QualificationsGraduates (B.Tech / B.E) with relevant experience can also be considered.M.Sc.IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA, Any PGYour role as a leaderAt Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
