Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Delhi NCR

Must have Skills:1.Regulatory Compliance:Interpret & analyze MiFID II regulatory requirements as they pertain to Wealth Management.Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications and business requirements.2. Avaloq Expertise:Utilize deep understanding of Avaloq platform capabilities to implement reg reporting solutions.Configure Avaloq modules to support MiFID II reporting obligations and ensure data integrity.3.Business Analysis:Conduct impact assessments & gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes related to MiFID II regulatory reporting.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement regulatory reporting changes and enhancements.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion of regulatory initiatives.Develop test cases and perform system testing to validate Avaloq configurations and regulatory reporting outputs.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with regulatory reporting requirements4.Training and Support:Provide training and support to internal teams on Avaloq functionalities related to MiFID II regulatory reporting.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and advisor on regulatory compliance matters for Wealth Management operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis & project management, preferably in MiFID II of Wealth Management & Private Banking space of financial services.In-depth knowledge of Avaloq platform functionalities and configurations.Strong understanding of MiFID II reg framework, reporting requirements, and industry best practices.Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate reg requirements into actionable business solutions.Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in a Wealth Management environment or financial institution.Familiarity with other regulatory frameworks impacting Wealth Management (e.g., GDPR, AIFMD).Connect for impactOur exceptional team of professionals across the globe are solving some of the world’s most complex business problems, as well as directly supporting our communities, the planet, and each other.
