Summary of Position:
The objective of this role is to provide overall project management of various R&D projects at respective R&D AGS center level, responsible for delivering on-time, on-budget and achieving high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction for AGS. Being the PMO, the role has high impact within the projects & is required to ensure ramp up of AGS R&D Portfolios effectively as per plan timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement R&D level governance framework in close collaboration with R&D stakeholders
- Co-ordination with On-site and center stake holders, HR, IT Project team on a regular basis to ensure functioning of activities and mitigate potential risks
- R&D level projects/ program monitoring & reporting
- Lead, execute & track R&D AGS level strategic projects / initiatives to enable R&D set up & sustenance.
- Collaborate with center and R&D leaders on key stakeholder visits & preparing the storyline for effective presentations
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
- Designing and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders at R&D Level, Center Level and Global R&D Level stakeholders.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

- Meet defined and agreed R&D AGS goals (i.e. - successful set-up of new R&D AGS functions and projects)
- Meet metrics of cost and other KPI for R&D
- Implementation of governance structure in line with global R&D PMO requirements
- Program/Project delivery on time/on budget and at expected level of quality (e.g. planned savings realized).
- 5 years of relevant PMO / transitions experience
- Shared service organization experience
- PMP or equivalent trained
- Knowledge of management reporting
- Competence required in setting up / ramp up shared services
- Global stakeholder management
- Proven track record in projects management and ability to work in a matrix organization.

Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM IST
