JobPurpose: To create a team of outstanding sales executives andeffectively lead manage and coach them towards achieving salestargets; make powerful and successful sales presentations indifferent settings to crack profitable deals and referrals; andsuccessfully resolve team and memberconflicts.
JobResponsibility: Planning evaluatingimplementing and continuously improving all aspects of salesfunctions and processes. Achieving stretchedtargets and managing sales in a resultfocusedenvironment. Making effective salespresentations and closing deals. Resolvingteam and member/ customer conflicts.Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customerservice. Identifying potential customers andnew business opportunities. Constantlyliaising with other departments for smoothfunctioning. Maintaining own awareness ofproduct in order to sell effectively.Training motivating and coaching small teams of salesexecutives.
SkillRequired: Able to balance between task andpeople orientation. Applicant must enjoyworking in a fastpaced environment and be able to thrive underpressure. Should possess sound knowledgeabout the local market and local language.Possess strong communication skills.
