Our commitment to quality reliability and efficiency hasestablished us as a trusted name in theindustry.PositionOverview: We are currently seeking dynamicindividuals to join our sales team as Senior Sales/SalesExecutives. The successful candidates will be responsible fordriving sales growth and expanding our customer base in theirrespective territories. This role requires a proactive approachtowards generating new business opportunities and deliveringexcellent customerservice.Location:Bangalore (5 positions) / Chennai (2positions)KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Identifyand pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory toachieve sales targets and revenueobjectives.
  2. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with existing and potential customers through regularvisits presentations and followupactivities.
  3. Conduct market research tounderstand customer needs preferences and competitive landscape andaccordingly tailor salesstrategies.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team andother departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customersatisfaction.
  5. Prepare and present salesproposals contracts and agreements to prospective clientsnegotiating terms and conditions asrequired.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trendsmarket developments and competitor activities to identify potentialbusiness threats and opportunities.
  7. Generatetimely reports on sales activities pipeline status and marketinsights for management review.
  8. Adhere tocompany policies procedures and ethical standards in allinteractions with customers andstakeholders.
  9. Collections is part of thisprofile for Credit customers.
Qualifications andExperience:
  • Graduatein any stream; MBA in Sales and Marketingpreferred.
  • Proven track record of 15 years insales preferably in the express cargo courier and logisticsindustry with a focus on new businessgeneration.
  • Strong understanding of salesprinciples and techniques with the ability to effectivelycommunicate value propositions tocustomers.
  • Excellent negotiation presentationand interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in locallanguage(s) and English both written andverbal.
  • Valid drivers license and willingnessto travel extensively within the assignedterritory.
