RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Business Development
● Identify and connect with new architects, interior designers, builders, and other potential clients in assigned regional territories.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B industry.
● Represent JJB at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote our products and generate leads.
● Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.

Customer Interaction
● Greet and assist visitors at the showroom or factory as required.
● Showcase product range, explaining features to help clients with their selection.
● Provide clients with detailed quotations, covering price points, delivery timelines, and other details.
● Assist in converting leads and coordinating order dispatch.
● Guide clients post-dispatch to ensure proper installation and collect feedback.
● Participate in lead generation by coordinating with the Marketing Department on branding, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts.
● Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, interactions, and client meetings.

Sales Support
● Visit various brick stores to interact with sales teams, learn, and conduct training periodically.
● Support showroom operations and assist the Customer Experience Specialist when needed.
