Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef Sr Sous Chef to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Executive level position, this full-time role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years of work experience. The successful candidate will bring culinary expertise, a passion for food, and strong leadership capabilities to our esteemed establishment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Menu Planning (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to create innovative menus that appeal to diverse tastes and preferences.
  • Food Safety Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of food safety standards and practices to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
  • Ingredient Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Expert in sourcing high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Culinary Creativity: Demonstrated creativity in culinary arts, showcasing new dishes and enhancing customer dining experiences.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Time Management: Efficient at managing time to complete tasks within the constraints of the kitchen schedule.
  • Team Management: Ability to guide and develop kitchen staff, promoting a supportive and productive team environment.
  • Budgeting: Experience in managing kitchen budgets, optimizing resources, and maintaining financial targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Develop and test new recipes, adjusting menus to align with current trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen budget, optimizing costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Coordinate with dining staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess and improve culinary processes to enhance operational efficiency.
