Job Title: Sous Chef

Reports to: Site Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

As a Sous Chef at Sodexo India, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage production process. This includes planning kitchen operations, managing menu development, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Direct the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation practices, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and maintenance.
Requirements:
