Job Title: Executive Chef


This role is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage production in our facilities. As an Executive Chef, you will lead and direct the kitchen operations, including menu planning, workforce management, workflow, procurement, and quality control.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement menu items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of a diverse range of foods, including salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, and desserts.

• Supervise and train the kitchen production team on food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards.

• Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary manager in a large-scale food production environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team.

• Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards.
