Job Title: Chef De Partie

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen personnel and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise kitchen personnel to ensure they meet the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure personal cleanliness and proper deportment of all team members, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Produce high-quality food in a specified area of the food preparation process, ensuring consistency and adherence to Accor's culinary standards.
  • Check the taste, temperature, and visual appeal of food items prepared to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Ensure all equipment and perishable items are stored in their designated place, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Prevent the use of contaminated products in any phase of food preparation and prevent colleagues who are ill or suffering from an infection from taking part in the preparation or handling of food.
  • Ensure colleagues follow hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food, equipment, and utensils.
  • Work closely with the Executive Steward to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Ensure all safety, health, security, and loss control policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as Government legislation.
Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Hotel Management is required for this role.
