About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our interior design team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Follow leads through calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the design team to provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Keep client data updated in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (interior design, real estate, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Fluency in English and local languages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹60,000.00 per month
