Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive – Telecalling This role involves handling outbound and inbound client calls to generate leads, pitch event services, and schedule meetings for the Business Development or Client Servicing team. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0–2 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, or inside sales who are eager to grow in a dynamic and creative industry. We especially encourage female candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate business leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and qualify interest.
- Understand client requirements and schedule appointments with the sales team.
- Pitch tailored solutions for corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and brand activations.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, client information, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, emails, or digital channels.
- Support in organizing meetings, demos, or consultations with clients.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in voice process (telecalling/outbound/inbound/BPO) or inside sales.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with online databases/spreadsheets.
Compensation: Up to ₹3 LPA
Location: Porur
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
