- About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Field Executive who has hands-on experience in selling modular office furniture, workstations, and ergonomic chairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with architects, builders, PMCs, and achieving sales targets in the local region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search and connect with architects, builders, project management consultants (PMC) for business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to identify new projects and decision-makers.
- Handle end-to-end B2B sales for office furniture solutions including modular workstations and ergonomic chairs.
- Generate leads, give product presentations, and manage client meetings.
- Prepare and submit quotations, handle negotiations, and ensure order closure.
- Work closely with the design and execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain a strong client database and follow up regularly for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new developments in the commercial interiors industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales of office furniture, modular workstations, or related products is mandatory.
- Strong existing network with architects, interior designers, builders, or PMCs is a major advantage.
- Proven track record in field sales and project-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Two-wheeler preferred with valid driving license.
