About the job
What is the role?
The Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding our reach by building partnerships, driving product adoption, and supporting the overall growth strategy.
What does the role involve?
Identify and develop partnerships with schools, learning centers, NGOs, and distributors.
Conduct product demos and presentations to school administrators and educators.
Manage lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and conversion using structured processes.
Maintain and update sales pipelines, reporting weekly progress and insights.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Collect on-ground market feedback to support product improvements.
What You Need Is
- Bachelor's degree.
· Passion for education, student engagement, and field-based work
0–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (EdTech experience is a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with school visits, fieldwork, and engaging with decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic skills in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
· Must own a 2-wheeler & laptop.
