About the job

What is the role?

The Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding our reach by building partnerships, driving product adoption, and supporting the overall growth strategy.

What does the role involve?

  • Identify and develop partnerships with schools, learning centers, NGOs, and distributors.

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to school administrators and educators.

  • Manage lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and conversion using structured processes.

  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, reporting weekly progress and insights.

  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  • Collect on-ground market feedback to support product improvements.

What You Need Is

  • Bachelor's degree.

· Passion for education, student engagement, and field-based work

  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (EdTech experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with school visits, fieldwork, and engaging with decision-makers.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Basic skills in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

· Must own a 2-wheeler & laptop.
