We're looking for a
Procurement Officer
with hands-on experience in the
pharma raw materials industry
, who can bring strong
sourcing expertise, relationship management, and executional skills
to our team.
This position is part of the
Founder's Office
, offering exposure beyond procurement — working directly with the founder across sister companies:
SafetyFRST
,
FRST Enterprises
, and
FRST Foundation
. You'll contribute to a wide range of activities spanning
procurement, supply chain, vendor and client relations, and overall business operations
.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure
APIs, excipients, flavours, and related raw materials
from reputed Indian manufacturers. - Negotiate rates, terms, and delivery schedules for timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international clients.
- Coordinate requirements, logistics, and documentation for export orders.
- Support operational and procurement needs across
multiple group companies
. - Track market trends, product availability, and pricing movements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, purchase records, and vendor databases.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in
pharma procurement or trading
, especially in
APIs, excipients, or flavours
. - Strong
negotiation, communication, and relationship management
skills. - Ability to multitask and coordinate across different business verticals.
- Exposure to
export procedures and documentation
preferred. - Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to grow with a fast-moving organization.
