Job Summary

As a
Business Development Officer
, you will play a key role in driving Kaya Interiors' growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You'll collaborate closely with our design and operations teams to turn client needs into successful projects that strengthen our brand and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and architecture industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and vendors.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Work with the design and marketing teams to create client-centric offerings.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
  • Represent Kaya Interiors at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction from initial inquiry to project completion.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in interiors, architecture, or construction.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing is an advantage.
