Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Officer located in Amravati. The Business Officer will be responsible for analyzing business performance, developing strategies to drive growth, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key duties include managing client interactions, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Customer Service and managing client relationships efficiently.
  • Understanding of Business processes and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation sector is a plus.
