Qualifications & Experience .

  • MBA / PG in Business Management, Finance, or Marketing from a reputed institution.
  • 1220 years of experience in senior business leadership, with proven success in fundraising, sponsorship, or strategic partnerships.
  • Background in events, exhibitions, real estate, media, or B2B industries preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and investor relations experience.

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth

Develop and execute the business growth roadmap in alignment with organizational vision.

Identify and capitalize on new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership to drive long-term profitability, innovation, and brand expansion.

2. Fundraising, Sponsorship & Investment

  • Lead initiatives to attract corporate sponsors, strategic investors, and financial partners for ACETECH exhibitions and expansion projects.
  • Develop investment proposals, sponsorship packages, and ROI models for potential investors and partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize high-value sponsorship and partnership agreements with domestic and international stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, sponsors, chambers of commerce, and trade bodies.
  • Ensure transparent reporting, financial accountability, and value delivery to all investors and sponsors.

3. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Oversee all sales, marketing, and partnership teams to drive event and brand revenues.
  • Identify new business lines, monetization models, and expansion markets (India & overseas).
  • Create alliances with industry associations and trade councils to strengthen ACETECHs presence.

4. P&L Ownership & Financial Planning

  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of the business.
  • Work with finance to forecast budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial health.
  • Monitor key business KPIs revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, sponsorship, partnerships, and operations.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Build internal capabilities for business continuity and scale.

6. Brand Building & Market Expansion

  • Represent ACETECH at international expos, investor summits, and trade forums.
  • Drive brand partnerships, global alliances, and media collaborations.
  • Support the launch of new event formats, digital platforms, and international editions.

7. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all sponsorship, investment, and partnership contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold corporate governance, transparency, and ethical business practices.
