Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and explore new B2B lead generation channels to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepared and presented compelling business proposals and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Create and execute marketing strategies for new service offerings, including value propositions and branding.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and provide insights into domestic and international market trends to drive business growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure adherence to regional sales standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics through daily and weekly reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in the company database.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or digital marketing sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong sales and results-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business development.
- Exceptional negotiation and client management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
- Leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Must focus solely on professional tasks during office hours, without engaging in extracurricular activities.
