Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of customer support representatives. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer service metrics, and developing strategies to improve customer service quality.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to lead a team and work independently
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus
