  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer support process.

Skill Set

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and leadership skills
  • Good presentation skills required (PPT). Knowledge of MS Excel is important
  • Minimum years of work experience Service Industry preferably in Merchant acquiring
