- Manage customer queries through various channels (email, chat, and phone) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer support process.
Skill Set
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and leadership skills
- Good presentation skills required (PPT). Knowledge of MS Excel is important
- Minimum years of work experience Service Industry preferably in Merchant acquiring
Note: We need atleast 5 to 6 years experience in Merchant acquiring background
