Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support activities, and analyzing customer service data to improve service delivery. Additionally, the manager will communicate with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret customer service data
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the jewellery or fintech industry is a plus
