Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support queries, and implementing strategies for service improvement. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics, maintaining communication with customers, and training and mentoring the customer service team.
