Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive prescription generation and retail off-take through effective field operations.
  • Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Medical Representatives / Field Sales Executives.
  • Set individual sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.
  • Conduct joint field visits and ensure team productivity.

3. Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Establish strong relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, practitioners, chemists, and distributors.
  • Organize CME programs, product awareness camps, and promotional events.

4. Channel & Distribution Management

  • Ensure adequate product availability through proper distributor coordination.
  • Monitor stock levels, order booking, collections, and claims processing.
  • Manage secondary sales and inventory effectively.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per company requirements.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product management teams on field insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
