What You'll Do:Drive revenue growth – achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Lead & inspire – manage, train, and motivate a high-performing branch team.
Upsell & cross-sell – promote Berkowits treatments, memberships & product offerings.
Delight clients – ensure every guest enjoys a world-class experience.
Build strong client relationships – handle VIP clients & ensure repeat business.
Oversee branch operations – maintain service quality, hygiene & company standards.
Execute marketing campaigns – collaborate for local promotions & events.
What We're Looking For:Female candidates with 3+ years of proven sales experience (beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality preferred).
Strong track record in sales target achievement and business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM/POS tools and MS Office.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.
