Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in South mumbai and central mumbai The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement business strategies, and achieve sales targets. The role also involves supervising supply chain activities, handling financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in branch management, team leadership, and operational oversight
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and sales planning
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement business strategies and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in handling supply chain activities and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
