Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  2. Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.

  3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.

  4. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Forex, Financial Inclusion).

  5. Team Leadership & People Management

  6. Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.

  7. Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.
  8. Build a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on results.
  9. Branch administration, maintaining decorum.

  10. Generate Revenue on various products by using the right skillsets of the team members.

  11. Client Relationship Management

  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients.

  13. Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
  14. Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  15. Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and investors.

  16. Market Analysis & Advisory Support

  17. Stay updated on equity market trends, and corporate developments.

  18. Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.

  19. Support clients with portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.

  20. Compliance & Risk Management

  21. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines

  22. Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.
  23. Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
  24. Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
  25. Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
