Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling Sales and Telemarketing teams, achieveing targets and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with business partners, and maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee branch staff and ensure operational efficiency
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service within the travel and tourism industry, Timeshare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and vendor negotiations
  • Analytical skills for monitoring branch performance and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of travel planning, booking systems, and holiday packages
  • Ability to strategize and implement marketing plans to grow customer base
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proficient in problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the travel industry is a plus
