Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager based in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, achieving business targets, leading and mentoring the branch staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. They will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to grow enrollments, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and monitoring branch performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders, students, and partners
  • Proficiency in planning, strategic thinking, and decision-making
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess branch performance and implement improvements
  • Experience in operations management and customer service excellence
  • Understanding of the education industry and distance learning programs is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing a successful team
