The primary role of the Servicing Branch Manager is to develop agency channel sales for the company. This includes managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets for the team. The Servicing Branch Manager will be responsible for the development of the agency module and business development. The Servicing Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining healthy business relationships with advisors and customers. The manager will ensure maximum advisor and customer satisfaction by providing proper advice.
The Servicing Branch Manager will also be responsible for renewal retention and control of Loss Ratio as per objective set by the company. The manager will be responsible for developing a new advisor force every month, taking unit meetings twice a month with reward and recognition, giving updates on new products and policies of the organization, along with market updates to advisors.
The Servicing Branch Manager should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and must have the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. The manager should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the sales department, preferably in the life insurance industry.
The Servicing Branch Manager must possess strong leadership skills, have the ability to motivate and develop a strong team, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the manager must have a strong business acumen, be self-motivated, results-driven, and have a strong desire to succeed.
