- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve institutional growth goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
- Partnership Management: Identify and establish collaborations with schools, colleges, corporations, and other educational institutions.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of business development activities.
- Market Expansion: Explore and tap into new markets to expand the institution's reach and offerings.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Promotion: Design and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients' needs.
- Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business strategies.
- Reporting: Provide detailed business reports and forecasts to senior management, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the education or training sector and its market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for business needs.
