We are hiring an experienced and driven Business Development Manager who can take charge of expanding IAMT's presence, managing partnerships, and boosting student admissions. The role demands a strong mix of strategy, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify potential markets, institutions, and partners for business expansion.
  • Build and nurture relationships with educational consultants, schools, and agencies.
  • Lead and coordinate admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with marketing and counselling teams to enhance conversions and brand visibility.
  • Prepare business reports, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
