Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Collection Manager located in Gonda. The Territory Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process in their assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of collection agents, devising and implementing strategies to improve collection rates, analyzing collection data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The manager will also handle customer queries and disputes, work towards minimizing overdue accounts, and facilitate recovery processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in managing collections and recovery processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing collection data and developing effective strategies
  • Good understanding of compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries and resolve disputes effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
