Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, advising on labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with HR regulations and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in Performance Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience within the technology or customer service industry is a plus
