Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive work environment and promoting organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of performance management, employee development, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Experience in the business services or consulting industry is a plus
