Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our BPO team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance activities in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage bulk and lateral hiring for voice, non-voice, and support roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, and share shortlisted profiles
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities

  • Organize new hire induction and documentation
  • Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Ensure completeness of pre-joining and post-joining documentation

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, floor events, R&R programs
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues as required
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and update HRMS/database
  • Support attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and shift roster management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Shop & Establishment Act, etc.)
  • Coordinate with compliance and audit teams as needed

5. Exit Formalities

  • Manage resignations, clearance, and full & final settlements
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights on attrition trends

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Familiarity with BPO hiring and night shift operations
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a high-volume hiring environment

Additional Details:

  • Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational or Fixed off)
  • Working Hours: Rotational shifts (as per BPO operations)
  • Salary: As per industry standards
