Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Senior Executive Human Resources - Payroll. The role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, maintaining employee records, and addressing employee queries regarding payroll and benefits. The Senior Executive will oversee salary processing, statutory deductions, and other payroll-related functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining alignment with company policies. Additional responsibilities include fostering positive employee relations and supporting HR operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant HR and payroll software tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in payroll management is preferred
