We are Hiring For Pandav Hotels.

Location: Bhopal, Pachmarhi, Madhai, M.P.

We have required Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, Food & Beverages Staff, Reservation, Sales, Accounts, HR, Maintenance, Store, and Operations Staff.

As a Human Resources Executive at Pandav Hotels, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations. Your strong communication skills will be essential in fostering positive employee relations, handling recruitment processes, and conducting employment engagement activities. Your expertise in statutory compliance and policy analysis will be instrumental in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide timely and effective resolutions to conflicts.
  • Conduct policy analysis and make recommendations for improvements to enhance HR practices.
  • Utilize MS-Office tools, such as Excel and Word, to maintain accurate HR records and generate reports.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
