Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal, for a Human Resources Administrative Officer. The role involves managing HR administrative functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications

- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
