HR Administrator

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator with a strong educational background and a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have completed schooling from CBSE/ICSE board, hold a Master's degree in MBA (HR and Administration), possess excellent communication skills in English, and have a good command of computer systems to efficiently manage administrative functions related to HR.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly.
Assist in preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
Oversee attendance, leave records, and payroll documentation.
Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues.
Generate HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Ensure smooth communication within the HR department and across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Completed schooling from CBSE or ICSE board.
Master's degree in MBA with specialization in HR and Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration or related roles.
Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).
Proficient in computer systems including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with confidentiality ethics.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HR software or database management systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and team player attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19, ₹25,914.44 per month
